We had a lovely wee wellbeing walk on the Isle of Iona yesterday. Despite a slightly damp start we all enjoyed a lovely walk on Iona, a visit to Iona Abbey and a look round the shops selling lots of wonderful local crafts and foods. We ended the day with a visit to the bridge of the Isle of Mull ferry which was amazing to see-we were all fascinated to learn what it takes to get this iconic ship from Oban to Mull and back thousands of times evert year. Thank you so much to CalMac Ferries for supporting our wee walks and to Act for additional funding. And a huge thank you to Mark Robertson our facilitator who arranged for us to have the experience of a lifetime! A very special day indeed.

Peer to Peer

Martyn’s Monday Club is a peer to peer support group for men over 18 to help them through life when they are struggling with mental health or feeling down, sad or lonely.

Please help us challenge the stigmas of mental health and discrimination. We offer a friendly safe environment where like minded men can sit together and talk about pretty much anything with a cuppa and a cake or two. Please feel free to ask any questions and we will do our very best to answer them quickly and honestly.
