Good morning, its Monday again! π
We're feeling ready to go this Monday morning! But how do you prepare for the start of the week?
Maybe you start with a countryside walk, a coffee, singing along to the radio or maybe its taking in a few deep breaths. However, sometimes we might not feel prepared for the week.. it might bring up feelings of anxiety, dread and worry... it can be helpful to break things down into smaller pieces such as:
We try to start the week with 3 things:

βοΈ Writing down two things to focus on
βοΈ Writing one thing We're looking forward to (no matter how big or small... maybe a glimmer!)
