✨ Let’s be real 👀…healing isn’t all love and light.
When I first discovered meditation and Reiki, I found my happy place and wanted to hold onto it so tightly. But reality has a way of shaking us… and it did.

As your practitioner, it’s only fair I walk this path too. I’ve had to delve into the depths of my own inner self — and truthfully, there are times when we can’t see the light, can’t feel it, and struggle to accept love, even from ourselves.

But here’s what I’ve learned: in those moments, we can pause, reflect, feel, and draw on our inner strength to reignite our light — our passions, our joy, our love for life.

I’ve climbed out of many pits, lost my grip more than once. Yet time and time again, I’ve remembered:
Love and light isn’t glossy. ✨
It’s found in the darkness, where we rediscover ourselves… where we learn to love again… and where we remember how brightly we can shine 💛

Healing isn’t linear 🌀
