F # ~ High heart/Thymus
A # ~ Pineal gland

You may feel each note in a different place on the body as everyone is different. All you really need to know is that if the frequency of the bowls puts you into the 'rest & digest' state, it's quietly working it's magic 🪄

The summer has been incredible - I held a yoga retreat .cambridge , went to 3 festivals, taught yoga and drove heaps but I am soooo ready to rest, reconnect with nature and enjoy the slightly more mellow energy of Autumn 🍁
