I offer a range of therapies including Counselling for adults, young people and for children Drawing Talking Therapy.

I also offer Shamanic Healing, Reflexology and Tuning Fork Therapy. At the Oak Therapy Room my aim is to offer a variety of therapies for Adults, Young People and Children. My mission is to promote a holistic approach which supports physical, emotional and spiritual well being. The work is carried out in an environment which is safe and confidential. I initially trained as a Therapeutic Counsello

r, this led to my interest in Shamanism and the Shamanic Arts. Since this time I have expanded my skills and knowledge to include Massage, Reflexology and Shamanic Acupressure. All my work is carried out within a spiritual context in a safe and sacred space. I work with you each step of the way in which ever therapy you choose. My qualifications are:

European Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling - 2001

Shamanka Master Practitioner Certificate - 2013

Diploma in Holistic Massage - 2006

Reflexology Practitioner Diploma -2015

Shamanic Acupressure - 2016

I am a member of the BACP(British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapy)

The next Shamanic Drumming Circle is on Saturday 9th August at 5pm this will be held at Old Town Park Okehampton EX20 1JA. We will be drumming and connecting with the water in the river for those who would like too. Afterwards there will be refreshments back at my house/garden.

We had a lovely Inka Workshop on Saturday and mad these beautiful Despacho which we then put on the fire sending our wishes and prayers to the Apus and Pachamama. Thank you to those who came and shared the day with me 🥰😘

The day will include Inka healing techniques for personal healing. We will then have a Despacho Ceremony together, after which you will make your own Despacho. These are prayer bundles where we put our prayers and wishes and add different items into the parcel before we burn this and send it up to Spirit. We will drum, sing and have fun.
The day will cost £40 which will include hot drinks and cake. Please contact me if you would like to join me. I am working with small numbers so booking is essential for this workshop

Thank you all who shared in our celebration for Beltene at the drumming circle at Okehampton Community Garden. I had a fabulous evening, we drum, sang gave thanks, and made an Earth Mandela with hot drinks and cake afterwards around the Beltene fire
