I have been working as a sports massage therapist since 2006 and during this time have worked with a variety of clients from Olympic and professional athletes to people with general aches and pains with ages ranging from nine to 96! In the summer of 2014 I was selected to work at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.

Our Story

Working with horse and rider to enhance performance, prevent injury, reduce and remove pain. I have been working as a sports massage therapist since 2006 and during this time have worked with a variety of clients from Olympic and professional athletes to people with general aches and pains with ages ranging from nine to 96! In the summer of 2014 I was selected to work at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.

I now focus on the importance of the horse and rider together being strong and balanced. Working individually and in groups, with Pilates based exercises, and hands of sports massage therapy.
