Proof that dogs know where the good energy is!
Meet Ella - my Yoga assistant and expert in sniffing out the calmest, happiest and coziest spots in the house (aka my mat! 😂).
She doesn’t need Sun Salutations or pranayama… just a soft mat, good vibes and a human nearby.
I guess that’s the lesson: sometimes the best practice is simply being, resting where it feels good, soaking up the moment and letting your heart be light.
