This time of year can be a lot. It can feel like there is pressure from every angle. Work, family, friends, all asking for part of your time, or maybe they’re not and you feel lonely or let down. The pressure to spend money you don’t necessarily have. And on top of it all the social pressure to be having “the most magical time of the year”, it can all feel a bit overwhelming.

This is a little reminder from me to you that:

YOU ARE ENOUGH!

If you have to cancel plans, reschedule that meeting, say no to an invite, agree to “no gifts” with friends or just prioritise your needs over others, that is ok. You deserve to look after yourself too. ❤️ And if you’re feeling overwhelmed, sad or simply need to talk where you won’t be judged please feel free to contact me.

🗓 Monday: 6pm (fortnightly)
🗓 Wednesday: 4pm (weekly or fortnightly)
🗓 Thursday: 5pm (weekly or fortnightly)
🗓 Friday: 3pm & 4pm (weekly or fortnightly)

There are no minimum or maximum number of sessions— I’m here whenever you need someone to talk to, whether it’s thats occasionally, or regularly. Short term or long term 💚
