We ensure that our rehabilitation programs are specific to getting each individual back to doing things that they need and want to be able to do that are important to them.
This varies between each person, so therefore each plan and set of exercises are different regardless of the pain that they are experiencing.

Everyone will suffer from some form of pain at some point in their lives. For an individual to want to do something about this pain, it is interfering with doing something that they like doing or want to be able to do.

For example as the weather improves, and the days are longer time most families like to spend time outdoors with children, siblings, friends and family members. But, in some cases they may be prevented/restricted from doing this because of some form of pain.
