Relaxation retreat:
45 minutes
Concentrating on the back of the body you can destress with the heat of the stones, working deep to release all of your tension and stress.
Followed by a relaxing massage on your hamstrings and calves and to finish with a relaxing foot massage.

Rejuvenation Package:
75 minutes
A full body aromatherapy massage and a choice of a relaxing or uplifting oil which will relax your mind and leaving you feeling rejuvenated.

Ultimate Indulgence:
45 minutes
Unwind with a mixture of heat and cool. Working along the chest and round to the shoulders getting deep into the tension areas.
Continuing with heat on the face and then applying a cooling eye mask to increase the blood circulation and reduces puffiness around the eyes whilst you enjoy a deep scalp massage.

All treatments include a complimentary hot or cold drink🤍

-hot stones can be beneficial as a lymphatic drainage as it promotes the dissolution of the cells which can also make it easier to flush out the toxins in your body.

-they can improve sleep

-they can help relax the mind and body

-the hot stone get deeper into the muscles and can help with any muscle tension

-they work the same way as a deep tissue massage but more of a relaxing treatment for clients who don’t like that firmer pressure

I will now be offering hot stones back, neck & shoulder massages

I would always recommend hot stones to anyone. They’re great for muscle tension, deep relaxation and an overall destress😌

If you’ve never tried them before then definitely give them a go. I always test them on myself before applying them to the body so just relax and enjoy the heat of the stones and let your body melt away into a relaxed state
