🐣💛 Happy Easter from all of us at Clifton House 💛🐣

Our Easter celebrations have been in full swing here! The fun started yesterday with a wonderful Easter party, filled with laughter, music, and plenty of smiles all around.

Today, everyone enjoyed a delicious traditional lamb dinner together, making it a truly special weekend of food, fun, and togetherness. 🐰🍽️

The excitement continued right through as residents received their Easter eggs lots of happy moments and sweet treats shared with everyone 🍫✨

We’ve loved celebrating Easter together and creating such a warm, joyful atmosphere in the home.

We’ve been busy behind the scenes updating our Summer Menu ☀️🍽️

Management have been working closely with our service users to make sure their voices are heard, and their choices are reflected in what’s on offer. From favourite meals to new ideas, it’s all been taken on board!

It’s really important to us that everyone feels included and enjoys their meals, so we love getting this kind of feedback 💛

We can’t wait for everyone to enjoy the new menu!

Part-Time Support Worker (with potential to become Full Time when the home is full)

Are you caring, reliable, and passionate about helping others? 💙

We’re looking for a compassionate Support Worker to join our team supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs.

This role is all about making a real difference in someone’s life helping people live more independently while feeling valued, respected, and supported.

✨ What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing etc.)
• Helping with daily living tasks such as cooking, medication prompts, and household chores
• Encouraging social activities and community engagement
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Keeping records of progress and reporting any changes
• Working with families, healthcare professionals, and the team to provide the best care possible
• Creating a safe, supportive, and positive environment

🎓 What we’re looking for:

• Experience in care/support work preferred but not essential
• A caring, patient, and positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Basic understanding of health & safety in care (helpful but not essential)
• Health & Social Care qualifications are a bonus but not required

✅ What we expect from you:

• Reliability
• Flexibility with shifts
• Honesty and professionalism
• DBS Update Service (preferred but not essential)

⏰ Shift Patterns:

• 07:30 – 20:00
• 11:00 – 20:00
• 10:00 – 14:00
• 20:00 – 07:30 (Waking Night)
• Sleep-in shifts

Clifton House would like to wish a massive HAPPY 21st BIRTHDAY to one of our amazing support workers, Tegan! 🥳🎈🎉

Yesterday our wonderful service users got busy making handmade cards especially for her, and we decorated with banners and balloons to celebrate such a special milestone. Turning 21 is a big one and it was only right we made a little fuss!

We hope you have the best day, Tegan you deserve it! 💛✨

At Stepping Stones we have a staff praise system where team members recognise each other for the amazing work they do. Every 3 months we total up the praise, and the person with the most nominations receives a small gift from management as a thank you for all their hard work and dedication 💛
