Fun Friday Fact: Your big toe is the boss 👣👑

Quick challenge before you scroll.

Your big toe plays a key role in balance and “push off” when you walk. If it does not bend and function well, the rest of the foot often has to work harder, which can contribute to pressure spots and discomfort over time.

Now for the fun part. Try this “toe test” at your desk or sofa. 😄

Keep your smaller toes down

Lift only your big toe

Swap: keep the big toe down and lift the smaller toes

Some people can do it easily. Others look like they are trying to operate a crane with their foot.
