Remember, it’s not a competition, and we don’t use our body to get into a pose but the pose to get into our body. Yoga is a lifestyle, not a physical exercise programme. It includes meditation and nutrition and everything inbetween.

Maybe start by just sitting and by being in the right here, right now.
