THE MOVEMENT MASTERY PROGRAMME

We have all been there at one point in our lives when injuries lead to time off in the gym- I know I have 🙈

Often it can be weeks before you recover and you return to the gym all guns blazing to make up for lost time.

BANG- you injure yourself again and the cycle continues.

This happens to a lot of us in our 30s with the stress and demands of work and a young family take a lot of our energy.

MOVING LIKE A BAG OF SPANNERS

Weak QLs and glute medius can dramatically affect balance, co ordination and power in throwing a kick

Better efficiency comes from moving through space effortlessly

If your hip stabilisers are sh*te and flexibility has not seen day light then it’s failing to prepare- prepare to fail

SUNRISE ON GREAT GABLE

This one looks over Wasdale Water in the view of Scafell Pike.

I have been on hundreds of walks on I can never seem to catch the moment perfectly whether that’s sunrise or sunset.

Today we missed a nights sleep to set off at 1am to catch this moment and without even realising captured this shot of both the sunrise and me trying to capture the sunrise on my phone.

A consistent hiker and a photographer in the making as he knows how to make those picture pop.

I will post more on these later on this week but this shot needed its moment.

28th June, Yorkshire 3 Peaks in aid of Dr. Kershaw's Hospice.

25 miles, barefoot walk in just shorts & t-shirt, yes...... you heard right!

Training is made easier now it's lighter nights but the ground isn't getting softer anytime soon. 🥴

Let's get behind this 'mad' but amazing challenge and let's give back to a group of super hero's that do unbelievable things for the Oldham & nearby communities, helping individuals & families in need.
