✨ OUR 2026 YOGA TIMETABLE IS LIVE ✨
A new year. A fresh rhythm. A place for every age to move, breathe, and feel supported.
Our 2026 timetable has been thoughtfully designed to support children, teens, and adults — because wellbeing isn’t one-size-fits-all, and it starts early.
Over-60s sessions focused on mobility, stability, balance, breath, and feeling good in your body
Adult classes to build strength, flexibility, calm, and consistency.
Adult Flow Yoga classes for low mood and depression.
Kids yoga to support confidence, emotional regulation, focus, and fun
Teen yoga to help manage stress, build resilience, and feel more at home in growing bodies
From energising flows to calming practices, playful movement to mindful moments — every class has been created with real life in mind.
This isn’t about filling schedules. It’s about supporting nervous systems, growing confidence, and creating space to breathe — at every stage of life.

If you’ve been wanting your child to feel more confident, if your teen needs a safe space to slow down and reset, if you know you function better when you make time to move and breathe — this is your invitation.

Take a look at the 2026 timetable.
Choose classes that support your family, not overwhelm it. Add them to your calendar now — before life gets busy again.

Kids don’t need pressure — they need tools.
Teens don’t need fixing — they need support.
Adults don’t need perfection — they need consistency.

Save this post for later and message/ click the link to book your spaces. We can’t wait to welcome you — and your family — onto the mat in 2026.

Teen yoga - I don't know about you, but personally my teen years were some of the hardest times I have endured. There's so much pressure seemingly from every angle (granted there's even more these days given social media), a constant struggle between autonomy and dependency, and an influx of confusing hormones to name just a few of the issues.
I know I would have greatly benefitted from yoga as a teen. Maybe you know a teen who would?
Classes commencing soon. DM or call to register your interest.

Keep Warm This Weekend with Yoga!

When the days turn chilly, yoga becomes one of the most effective ways to generate internal warmth, enhance circulation, and ease the muscular tension that often builds in colder weather. Even a gentle, intentional flow activates your whole body, supports your immune system, and steadies your mind through the darker months.

Wrap up, roll out your mat, and give your body the winter nourishment it deserves — and if you want an expert-guided practice to elevate your wellbeing even further, join Gemma’s yoga classes:
Friday evenings
Saturday mornings

A consistent weekly practice can profoundly support your resilience and warmth from the inside out.
Your mind (and toes!) will thank you.

*FIRST CLASS FREE* If your child is shy, sensitive, or simply not drawn to competitive hobbies like dance, gymnastics, or sports clubs, Gemma’s Kids Yoga Academy offers a refreshing alternative. This is a calm, nurturing space designed especially for children aged 6–11 who flourish best without pressure.

Gemma, a fully qualified primary school teacher, has spent many years working closely with children and guiding them through yoga practice. Her natural connection with young people is at the heart of every session. She understands how to help children feel safe, seen, and confident, even if they usually struggle to join in elsewhere.

At Gemma’s Kids Yoga Academy, children learn gentle movement, relaxation, breathing techniques, and emotional awareness in a supportive environment where there is no competition and no expectation to perform. It’s all about helping them grow, unwind, and discover inner confidence at their own pace.

To help you experience the difference for yourself, the first class is completely free, with absolutely no obligation to continue. Simply come along, take a breath, and see how your child feels.

Give your child a place where they can truly belong. Gemma’s Kids Yoga Academy is ready to welcome them.

✨ Friday Flow + Bonfire Glow ✨

Finished tonight’s yoga class feeling totally relaxed, replenished, and ready for a cosy night in… 🧘‍♀️💆‍♀️

But my daughter had other ideas! 🎆
Instead of herbal tea and candles, I out to celebrate Bonfire Night — fireworks, sparklers, the lot! 🔥✨

Not quite the quiet evening I’d imagined, but I have to admit… I had enough post-yoga calm to fully enjoy it. 💫

Feeling grateful for balance — a little zen, a little sparkle. 🌙✨

If you're stuck on a waiting list for counselling or therapy, and every day feels like a bit too much — this class is for you. 'Helping With Anxiety Toolbox' is a FREE CLASS with a gentle, judgment-free space offering simple tools that might make the wait just a little more manageable. It’s not therapy, but it is support — practical, grounded, and here when you need it most.

What’s inside the “toolbox”?
Breath techniques that don’t feel forced
Easy movement to shift anxiety and release tension
Somatic tools to help you come back to your body (safely)
Nervous system basics: why you're feeling what you're feeling, and how to soften the edges
You don’t have to be “doing okay” to come. You just have to show up.

This class is FREE because mental health support shouldn’t be a luxury—and waiting shouldn’t feel endless. We know how hard it is to be stuck on a therapy waiting list, when your not in a good place. A maximum of two classes per month to allow other people chance to get in.

🧘‍♀️ Yoga Is Connection 🧘‍♂️

Yoga means union—the coming together of body and breath, mind and spirit, self and the universe.

In a world that often pulls us in a thousand directions, yoga gently calls us back to what matters most: connection.

Connection to the breath that grounds us.
Connection to the body that carries us.
Connection to the present moment—the only place life truly happens.

On the mat, we learn compassion—for our limits, our growth, our humanness.
Off the mat, we carry that compassion into the world.

In each inhale, we receive.
In each exhale, we give.
This is the sacred rhythm of being alive—of being connected.

Today, may your practice remind you:
You are not separate.
You are not alone.
You are a thread in the great tapestry of life—woven with purpose, breath by breath.
