DEATH ANNOUNCEMENT

With great sadness and in contentment with the decree of Allah Taalah, we announce the passing away of Haji Tariq Mahmood owner of Altaf Jewellers Lees Road, the beloved father of Cllr Naveed Chowhan, Tanveer(Taz), Waheed, Kanwal Shazadi, Saeed, Sohail, Hafiz Aqeel Chowhan and brother of Haji Shahid Altaf and Haji Zafar Islam Of Oldham and Mirpur B/3 in Pakistan

May Allah Taalah forgive the deceased any shortcomings, accept his good deeds, grant them a place in Jannat-ul-Firdous as an eternal abode and grant the family Sabr e Jameel. Ameen.

With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Baber Hamid. May Allah forgive his shortcomings and grant him Jannah al-Firdaus.

Baber Hamid was the beloved son of the (late) Abdul Hamid and Parveen Hamid (of Armitage close, Oldham) a cherished brother to Iskander Hamid, Sabir Hamid & Nadir Hamid as well as the father to Yaseen Baber and Mubeen Baber.

May **Allah (SWT) forgive his shortcomings, elevate his ranks in Jannatul Firdaus, and grant patience to his family and loved ones during this difficult time. We kindly request you to keep him in your du’as.

Funny how funerals are the only time families show up without excuses.
Everyone suddenly has the time. The money. The cleared schedule.

But when you were alive?
They were “too busy.”
They “meant to call.”
They “couldn’t make it this time.”

Death shouldn’t be the only RSVP people honor.
If you can come sit at my coffin, you could’ve sat on my sofa.

If you can show up with flowers when I’m gone, you could’ve shown up with coffee when I was struggling.

Stop waiting until someone’s gone to finally give them the time you claimed you never had.

How true is this though

It is with great Sadness to inform you of the passing away of Haji Faiz Alam (Din Textiles) from Park Road, Oldham. Father of Irfan Alam, Farhan & Rehan Alam (Twinny), Rizwan Alam, Granfather of Zain Ali.
He was also a trustee of the masjid.

InshaAllah, the Janazah of *our beloved Musallee Haji Akhtar Hussayn* of Abbyhills Road, father of Mubeen, and Muqeem Hussayn, grandfather of Sami, Hashim, and Haadi, will take place today, after Zuhr (2:00pm).
