This is what your baby looks like at 7 weeks! They will usually be around 10mm long at this stage, which is the same size as a grape! This week babies brain is growing much quicker than anything else so they'll have a large forehead, and their eyelids are now beginning to grow and cover the eyes. The little limb buds that started growing at 6 weeks are now starting to form cartilage which will make the bones for the arms and legs. The arm buds are getting longer, and the flattened ends will soon become tiny hands. Your little miracle is generating around 100 new brain cells every minute!! There's a lot happening so our advice is that where possible you listen to your body and rest if you need it, drink lots of fluid and if you can, eat well!
