🙋‍♀️ Hands up… who’s been told to drink more water?

We all know we should be drinking more… but somehow the kettle keeps getting used more than the water bottle! ☕😅

💧 Top tip: Keep a water bottle next to you throughout the day (like the one in the photo!).
Bottles with time markers or guidelines are great because they help you see if you're on track without even thinking about it.

But remember… hydration is a habit, not a race.

If you currently drink very little water, don’t expect to suddenly jump to 2 litres a day overnight. Start small:
➡️ Add one extra bottle or glass a day
➡️ Swap one brew or fizzy drink for water
➡️ Keep your bottle within reach

Small changes done consistently are what build lasting habits 💪

Tiny patients, gentle care 💚

With permission from mum and dad, early this week, I was able to capture this beautiful moment with 4-week-old Baby C during his second visit.

Many parents are surprised to learn that chiropractors can work with babies. At this age, care is incredibly gentle - using light fingertip pressure and subtle movements tailored to each individual child.

Parents often choose to bring their babies for a check following birth, particularly if labour was long, assisted, or physically demanding. My focus is always on supporting comfort, ease of movement, and helping little ones settle and feed more comfortably.

Every baby is different, and any care provided is adapted carefully to their stage of development.

✔️ Stand up every 30–60 minutes
✔️ Roll your shoulders
✔️ Take 5 deep breaths
✔️ Walk for 2 minutes
