With over 25 years experience working in HR, Lesley has built a rewarding career working for both public and private sector organisations. With experience across a unique and diverse range of industries, including biotech, telecoms, education, nuclear, policing and defense, Lesley is passionate about HR and the critical role the profession plays, both in enabling business delivery, and in building an organisational culture in which individuals can thrive. Lesley said 'I genuinely believe that by creating an environment in which colleagues can bring their 'whole self' to work, are curious and feel able to challenge the status quo, we create a sense of belonging and pride. An environment in which everyone can realise their potential and that this, ultimately, drives innovation and delivers organisational success.'
