🩷 BTB x NJAMC 🧡

Baby massage classes have now been added to the amazing Not Just a Mum Club’s schedule! This means a few changes with class passes & class structure, so this is just a post to keep all you lovely people updated!

Days & time have stayed the same - 10am every Tuesday. But instead of offering a 4 week course, we have gone back to drop in classes. This means no commitment and you can choose freely how often you’d like to attend😌

Upon booking you will have to purchase one of the following NJAMC passes/memberships:
🩷 Drop in class - £12.
🧡 1 class a week membership - £40 (£10 a class).
🩷 Unlimited NJAMC membership - £80 (can be used for all NJAMB baby classes.
🧡 Unlimited NJAMC & SAS membership - £120 (can be used on all classes held at the studio).

Did you know baby massage can help to relieves your little ones teething pain?!

During our classes, we carry out massage techniques using gentle pressure on the cheeks and along the gum line. The gentle pressure helps to relieve any pain your baby may be experiencing!
✨ PRESSURE RELIEVES PAIN ✨

It’s very common for babies to clench their jaw when they’re teething, which can make their pain worse. Our teething massage helps to encourage them to relax their jaw. The skin to skin contact also helps to generally relax your baby too🧡

Tummy time isn’t just an amazing photoshoot opportunity 😍 but it also has some great benefits for your little one!

During week 4 of our baby massage course, we do back massages😌 this creates an opportunity for baby to practice some tummy time to help strengthen their neck & shoulder muscles, and give them a whole new view of their world - down on the floor👶🏼 Whilst the back massage can help spine strength and muscle relaxation!

Thats a whole lot of benefit from just half of one of our sessions! 🤯🤩

My classes aren’t just a calm space for you, they’re a calm space for your little one too! ‘Arms behind the head’ kinda chill 🥹

I pride myself on creating a a calm and welcoming space for you and your baby. Unlike a lot of other baby classes, we don’t have any overstimulation with loud music, singing & play. Whilst there is absolutely nothing wrong with this type of baby class! I like to solely concentrate on massage. Creating a space for you to be in the moment and connect with your little one, for you to connect with other mums that are in the space with you, and for me to connect with you mamas also! 🥰

Baby massage will be structured as a 4 week course. Please use your class pass credits to book 4 consecutive sessions. Booking for each 4 week block, will open the week before the course start date 🫶🏻

JUST ONE WEEK TO GO!

One week until we start our first baby massage course at the GORGEOUS Sunshine and Soul Studio ✨🧡

I’ve been to the studio this morning to ensure I have the perfect set up for you lovely mamas & babies. I pride myself on creating a comfortable, calm & safe space for everyone😌

It helps that the studio is just stunning and cosy😍

As you know, when I teach classes, I demonstrate strokes using a massage demo doll. Whilst I of course fully believe in what I teach and know that the techniques work, I’ve never physically been able to see results! (I just get the good feedback from you lovely people! 😉😌). When I had my first child, I wasn’t aware of baby massage & it was during Covid so baby classes weren’t an option🥺

My little lady has been struggling with constipation the last few days😔 we’ve done some gently tummy massage (over clothes at this young age), & yoga poses/stretches, alongside using some tips from my colic & reflux training! And oh my word I feel amazing actually being able to see the results! Being able to confidently give my baby what she needs and helping to ease her pain🥰

I may not be working at the moment, but to any mamas that may be struggling with things such as colic, reflux, feeding, tummy problems, or anything else you think I may be able to help with! Please do feel free to pop me a message, we’re all in this together🫶🏻 even if you just want someone to talk too, never be alone💛

A HUGE thank you to every single one of you that has attended a class with me at Sunshine and Soul Studio over the last year! My business has boomed over the last 12 months and it’s all thanks to YOU😌🙌🏻
