That’s a wrap for this year! I can’t believe how fast the last 6 months have gone since returning from maternity leave🤯 thank you SO MUCH to each and every who has joined my classes this year and supported my business! I’d be nothing without you lovely mamas🧡 it’s always an absolute pleasure to guide you through classes and be a part of your parenting journeys🥹

All smiles during back massage time🥹🥲

We finish our baby massage classes with some tummy time to carry out the back massage. Tummy time is a huge aid in your little ones physical development✨ it helps baby to gain more head control and strengthens their neck, shoulder & back muscles. Including some massage during this time can help your baby to relax 😌

With newborn babies, it’s recommended to try and do 3-5 minutes of tummy time, 2-3 times a day and increase length & frequency as they get older. From 3 months, baby should hopefully be able to enjoy an hour of TT a day, spread into different sessions. But remember all babies are different and develop at their own pace! It’s completely normal & fine if this isn’t the case☺️

It is common for babies to not always enjoy TT when done low down/on the floor. I always recommend in classes, to do whichever way your little love prefers. This could be lying over your legs or on your chest. As long as baby is on their tummy, it counts as tummy time! 🧡

Bring yourselves as you are - however that may be! And any baby changing & feeding essentials. Everything needed for the class is provided for you 🥰

We have very limited spaces available on next weeks session, but more availability the following week 🙌🏻 which is - 11/11 - angel number!✨💫

Baby massage has many amazing benefits for your baby AND YOU! 🫶🏻 one of my favourites is how it can help to strengthen the parent & baby bond 🥹

Baby massage means an hour of skin to skin with your little one. I’m sure a lot of you will remember, after birthing your little loves, the midwives advise you to try and spend some time being skin to skin. This is because the skin to skin contact deeply strengthens the bond between you and baby! This is due to the release of hormones it causes🤱🏼 it can also help to regulate your baby’s heartbeat 💓

🩷 BTB x NJAMC 🧡

Baby massage classes have now been added to the amazing Not Just a Mum Club’s schedule! This means a few changes with class passes & class structure, so this is just a post to keep all you lovely people updated!

Days & time have stayed the same - 10am every Tuesday. But instead of offering a 4 week course, we have gone back to drop in classes. This means no commitment and you can choose freely how often you’d like to attend😌

Upon booking you will have to purchase one of the following NJAMC passes/memberships:
🩷 Drop in class - £12.
🧡 1 class a week membership - £40 (£10 a class).
🩷 Unlimited NJAMC membership - £80 (can be used for all NJAMB baby classes.
🧡 Unlimited NJAMC & SAS membership - £120 (can be used on all classes held at the studio).

Did you know baby massage can help to relieves your little ones teething pain?!

During our classes, we carry out massage techniques using gentle pressure on the cheeks and along the gum line. The gentle pressure helps to relieve any pain your baby may be experiencing!
✨ PRESSURE RELIEVES PAIN ✨

It’s very common for babies to clench their jaw when they’re teething, which can make their pain worse. Our teething massage helps to encourage them to relax their jaw. The skin to skin contact also helps to generally relax your baby too🧡
