This time of year brings lots of big emotions, especially for neurodivergent people. Its also a busy time of year for Psychologists and therapists.

I absolutely can't wait to have have a bit of a break over the Christmas holidays.

Life as a Clinical Psychologist involves continuous learning. It may be things like completing risk assessments, basic life support, or even managing clinical waste!

Our profession prioritises continued professional development (CPD) and this has to be built into our job roles, whether that is within the NHS, or when working independently. Lots of this is fun and interesting, as well as benefitting our clients.

My most recent learning has been about compassion focussed work (inspired by ). We will also be updating our autism assessment skills, ahead of our next exciting project...... completing autism diagnostic assessments.

WOW!! What a night!!!

A show created and directed by a learning disabled woman who lives in a care home. On tour with her theatre family (and real family)

This honestly was incredible, fun and powerful. Its on at until Saturday. It is for everyone, but I would recommend this to anyone with a learning disability especially, to be empowered!
