Patients and sticking to treatment did the job. I am so proud of achieving this move. I injured my shoulder in November last year and cut out demanding shoulder moves. However I have stuck with my rehab program, working on my rotator cuff and inferior glide. And now I have better strength and flexibility than pre injury. So pleased
