Today at Slimming World Uppermill we talked all things chips - pie and chips, sausage and chips, fish and ships, pizza and chips, kebab and chips and gammon and chips. All food optimised using mostly free foods and a few very low Syns. How can you eat all this and still lose weight? Because Slimming World is not a diet but a healthy way of life that lets you eat great food and LOSE WEIGHT. If you want to eat this good and feel great join me, Gill at Uppermill, and let’s do this together!
