Peace of Mind Counselling Services I have over 14 years experience of being a counsellor with training in CBT and mental health. I have been running private practice since September 2015.

I offer face to face sessions, online and telephone sessions. Sessions are £35 per hourly session.

In my garden I have a 18ft Christmas tree 🎄 and as I am counsellor and work from home, a few years ago I made it a memorial tree. I bought some wooden hearts, drilled holes in them and as a community we raised £67.95 last year. I am raising money again for Samaritans this year. You can either send me the donations directly and I can add your heart to the tree or feel free to pop along to 7 Carr House Road, the hearts, pens and pots for donations are in the garden. This will emptied regularly.
Kindly some lovely decorated rocks were made by Karen Griffiths, feel free to add a donation and have a beautiful stone to take home and treasure.

Hypnotherapy has lots of benefits as it works using the subconscious mind which is nearly 90% of our mindset. This time of year, no matter how big or small pur families are, it can be a very stressful time of year for people.
I have created a two session programme to help with grounding, stress and anxiety reduction and general self care.
Sessions are £30 each.
Counselling sessions are available at £30 per hourly session too.
