Hi my name is Jen (The Glow Up Life Coach) My job is to help you find the answers that lie
within you and ignite your spark again to bring back your glow! By this I do not mean an
external make over but to find your glow within. A few years ago I also realised that
through personal trauma and my lack of boundaries, self confidence and tendency to
people please, I had also lost my Glow. In all honesty I was a shell of myself and this is
when I started my Life Coaching journey. By focusing on my self discovery I realised that I
had a passion for helping women who needed to find their sense of purpose, break down
their limited beliefs and build their self confidence. As hard as it is to understand, I am
now thankful for my experience as it has brought me to where I am now.
As a fully qualified and insured Life Coach, Certified Hypnotherapist and an experienced
Well Being Dance Teacher for over 20 years. I will act as your guide and make you
accountable but essentially I want you to know that you know yourself better than anyone
else. Therefore my job is to use techniques and strategies that will bring your best self out.
Each client is unique and has their own goals they would like to work towards or maybe
you are at a point in your life that you feel overwhelmed, fearful of the future, lost and
unsure which direction you would like to go in. Either way there is a reason you came here
