The Halfway House is fully back open today just in time for a little lunch while the kids go back to school 🥳✨

The Kitchen at The Halfway House will be closed Monday 1st and Tuesday 2nd September due to essential kitchen maintenance work. The pub however will be OPEN as normal from 12pm on Monday and 4pm on Tuesday for drinks. 🍻
Wednesday 3rd September , the restaurant will re open from 12pm as normal

Thank you again to all of our wonderful customers that support the Halfway House day in day out throughout the year .
Sadly , we made the decision a couple of months back due to an influx of under age drinkers with fake ID’s that we are now an over 20’s venue.
We want to explain this does not stop all under 20’s coming in and enjoying a meal with family members, however the groups that have spoilt it for everyone, not respecting staff or our pub rules are now not welcome.
We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, fantastic food and nice surroundings. Regrettably, we feel like the under 20 age range , large groups, fake ID’s, constant va**ng, bad language is spoiling the atmosphere for our lovely clientele.
So please understand we will not be serving under 20’s, unless at our discretion, are with family members or dining in the pub .
