Welcome to FHT Manchester North Local Support Group. Everyone welcome and a great chance to network and meet like minded people.

Its our aim to provide a professional demonstration and lectures 5 times yearly with audience participation. This is a new support group for this area we will update this description shortly.

Beginners Pendulum Dowsing
Join Martin R Thirlwell Mfht Mchp CNHC Reg and the Manchester North FHT Local Support Group for a demonstration of basic beginners pendulum dowsing. ‘This evening is guaranteed not to be missed! If you are interested in pendulums as a beginner then this evening is for you. Plenty of pendulums will be available on the evening and this is a great opportunity to learn the basics of this fascinating ancient art. The evening incorporates audience participation. And will cover the history of Dowsing and the tools used. A superb evening for you to come along to and have a go. Meet like-minded people and a chance to network. We look forward to meeting you.’

Fantastic evening last night at the Therapy Rooms.
It was our Federation of Holistic Therapist FHT Manchester North Local Support Group meeting, the topic was 'Basic Sign Language'.
This was Melody's 3rd visit to the Therapy Rooms over the past 4 years.
A fantastic evening learning 'Basic Sign Language' BSL.

For those who couldn't make last night, Melody is again returning 2026.

Basic Sign Language with Melody Jane

Join co-ordinator Martin Thirwell and the Manchester North FHT Local Support Group as they welcome Melody Jane back to the Therapy Rooms. This is Melody's third visit. Melody always has a fantastic demonstration explaining and teaching 'Basic Sign Language'. Melody is a Sign Language Instructor working with Adults and Children. Melody will start the evening explaining the history of sign language this will then quickly move onto Audience participation. The evening is designed to teach you basic Sign Language and understanding.

We are very sorry, but our meeting this evening, Basic first aid and CPR HAS TO BE CANCELLED. I have just been notified by Jane Rawlings she is extremely poorly and unable to attend.

I will work on getting another First Aid event later in the year.

Welcome to FHT Manchester North Local Support Group. I would like to introduce myself I am Mr Martin Robert Thirlwell the Coordinator for the FHT Manchester North Local support Group. Its my intension to provide 5 meetings per year, each meeting will have a different topic with a professional guest speaker, demonstrating a Complimentary therapy with audience participation. Everyone is welcome to attend these meetings and its a great chance to network and meet like minded people. The meetings are held on a Monday evening 7pm till 9pm a small door entrance fee of FHT Members £5, General public £8, and Students £3, FHT members can gain CPD Points by attending these meeting please bring your Members cards.
