Our 5-week Low Carb Life Course will begin on Wednesday 8th October 6pm-7pm at Hollinwood Medical Practice or 4pm-5pm at Hill Top Surgery.
You are welcome to attend either session, which ever time suits you best.

The most significant benefit of a low carb lifestyle is sustained weight loss where previous diets may have failed. There is also good evidence to show a low carb lifestyle can help prevent and manage diabetes.

· Plan ahead and check your journey using the Bee Network app or website.

· Bus passengers with seven, 28-day or annual passes, as well as those with concessionary passes – including our pass - will be able to use their tickets and passes on all Metrolink trams on strike days.

· Local Link and Ring and Ride services will run as usual.

· Tram and train services may be busier than normal – avoid peak times where possible (7am-9am and 4pm-6pm).

📢 Good news! From September, you can get your cervical screening results through the NHS App.

If your test result is clear (negative), you’ll receive a message and notification straight to your phone via the NHS App. If you don’t check the message within 3 days, you’ll get a letter as a backup — so you won’t miss anything!

If your result needs follow-up, you’ll still get a letter in the post as usual.
