A sound bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience where you “bathe” in soothing sound. It’s a holistic therapy designed to calm the mind, release tension in the body, and restore energetic balance.

Here’s what happens in a typical sound bath:

What You Experience:

You lie down comfortably usually on a yoga mat or massage bed.
The facilitator dose a little group meditation & plays Crystal singing bowls.
The vibrations and tones wash over you, creating a sense of stillness and deep peace.
( like a floating experience)

Encourages deep relaxation.

You’re immersed in layers of gentle sound waves—just like being surrounded by water—allowing your mind and body to absorb the vibrations.

Dress for comfort.
All equipment is supplied however you are welcome to bring extra cushions & blankets for comfort.

This experience is best performed late afternoon on a weekend or evening during the week.
