‼ From 8am Monday morning a new protocol will be implemented at the surgery. This is something not set by the surgery, but something that is now required. This means all contact with patient's regardless of how big or small needs to be documented. This will not impact your care received here at the surgery, but understandably will mean that phone calls and contact may take slightly longer. In the words of Take That, please have "a little patience" with us at this time. 🫠
