We are experiencing some technical issues with our phones this afternoon. Patients using mobile phones may not be able to get through to the practice. This may still be the case tomorrow.

The issue has been reported to our local IT, please be patient with us whilst we work to resolve the problem.

The surgery is open as usual.

This month alone from 1st July - 17th July ((84)) appointments have been missed at our surgery. That’s 84 lost opportunities for other patients to see a doctor or nurse.
We understand that plans change, but please let us know as early as possible if you cannot attend your appointment. Cancelling allows us to offer the slot to someone who may need it urgently.
Let’s work together to reduce missed appointments and improve access for everyone.

Today the surgery will be closed for staff training from 1pm.

We will reopen again at 8.00 am on Friday morning.

If you need medical advice you can call 111.

Patients can also present at their local pharmacy for minor ailments such as, sore throats, coughs, sinusitis, earache, infected insect bites, non complicated urinary tract infections, impetigo and shingles.

Please only use A&E in life threatening emergencies

Measles cases are rising in England.

It spreads easily and can cause serious illness, especially in babies, pregnant women and those with weak immune systems.

MMR vaccination is safe and offers lifelong protection.
