"An absolute brilliant gym in every way! My husband initially joined this gym and was a member for a year before I joined. I couldn’t understand how he could big up a gym so much so I joined to see for myself. Well nearly 3 years later I am still a member (so is my husband). My daughter is also now a member of this fabulous gym family too!

Everyone at strength hub is so friendly and welcoming and it really is like extended family! All the coaches are absolutely brilliant and cannot fault any of them in any way. Everyone should give this gym a try. It’s not just inside the gym, it’s the socials, from walks, rounders, pretty muddy, go ape and more….not to forget the free photoshoot every 6 months so you can track your progress. Seriously….Don’t question it just do the 6 week challenge and you’ll understand!"

Steven’s progress hasn’t been rushed, it’s been built.

Over time, he’s lost 8kg and 15.5cm from his waist, but what’s really changed is how he trains. He’s stronger, more confident, and far more willing to push himself than when he first started.

You can see it in the sessions now, chasing progress, adding weight, testing his limits, and backing himself to do hard things. These shots capture someone who’s genuinely invested in becoming better, not just ticking boxes.
