Progress looks different for everyone and Emily’s shows up in the work she puts in. 💪

Even with a busy life and a full schedule, she keeps choosing to show up for herself. That commitment has led to some incredible results: over 22kg lost, 28cm off her waist, and 17cm off her hips.

All earned through consistency and effort.

Maggie’s journey is a brilliant reminder that progress is built with positivity and persistence. Always smiling and always showing up for herself. She brings great energy wherever she goes!

Along the way, that consistency has delivered some amazing results, including 11cm lost from her hips and waist. But more than the measurements, it’s her attitude that stands out. She commits and she keeps moving forward with a smile on her face.

This transformation is the result of steady effort, self-belief, and choosing to turn up even on the days it would’ve been easier not to.

Zee’s journey is a powerful reminder that real change comes from simply refusing to give up on yourself.

Over time, by showing up consistently and pushing harder when it mattered, Zee has lost an incredible 45kg. But what stands out most isn’t just the weight loss, it’s the effort he puts into every session and the way he keeps raising his own standard.

The environment you train in matters more than most people realise.

Read this 👇

If the five people you spend most of your time with are drinking most weekends, not training, complaining about life, and carrying a fairly negative outlook… you don’t magically become different.
You become the sixth.

And if you’re someone who wants more from life, that’s a tough environment to pull yourself out of. Not because you’re weak, but because constant feedback shapes behaviour, habits, and standards.

The reverse is also true.

Put yourself around people who train, look after themselves, think in solutions not problems, and generally have an upward trajectory… and you get pulled in that direction too. You train more. You drink less. You raise your standards without even realising it.

Humans have a natural tendency to want to fit in.
That instinct can either damage your results or completely supercharge them.

At the gym, that’s exactly why we want to work with winners who want real change. We love working with people who are positive, committed, and moving forward in life. Not perfect, but willing. And that environment is a huge reason people get such strong results. You’re influenced by the people around you, whether you like it or not.

You don’t need to cut people off or reject your mates.

Just be honest about who you’re spending most of your time with, and whether that environment is helping or holding you back.

Sometimes the biggest upgrade isn’t a new plan.
It’s a new room.

Some people train to get through the session… Danny trains to get better every time. 🔥

Always pushing for more weight, another rep, a cleaner lift.

He shows up with one goal: progress. And it shows in the way he’s constantly chasing PBs, challenging himself, and refusing to stay comfortable.

That commitment, that mindset, and that drive to improve every session is what real growth looks like.

Amanda’s transformation is all about the strength she’s built inside and out. 💪✨

She shows up with a great attitude, puts the work in, and never shies away from pushing herself that little bit further.

Over time, that effort has added up to real progress: stronger lifts, more confidence under the bar, and muscle that’s been built through consistency.

Member Spotlight — Shared in Shaz’s Own Words

"Just over a week ago on Saturday I won the “Strong King” 🤴award for 2025, this award further validates the effort I have put in to become the individual that I am today. I walk up to the barbell very excited, as excited as I would just talking to a random girl full of class trying to get her number 😂

Working out at Strength Hub has been a blessing, no I haven’t got paid to post this, honestly! It is at this place that I have fallen in love with the process, a process that has been life changing, I’ve grown in confidence at many levels. It is largely due to the coaches and members, If I go to a commercial gym I’d just ignore my legs and focus on my upper body but hey, a workout has already been pre planned for you at Strength Hub, just turn up and setup your barbell and a PT is there waiting to make you cry, (in a good way) you get it don’t you? I do 25 pushups and I think that’s until failure but no, the other week a PT was stood next to me and I thought 25 pushups and I’m done siiiiirrrr!!! But surprise surprise I ended up doing 32 pushups, if your last few reps doesn’t take you 10000 years to complete then you’re doing it wrong. You’re not going to turn up at the gym at 100% intensity all the time, I can say that with experience. The days that you’re not feeling it and you turn up and you give it your 50% that’s still a massive win 👏🏼

By the way, this is not me saying commercial gyms don’t work, everything works!! You turn up and give it your everything like your life depends on it, treat a gym session like how you wouldn’t miss a mortgage payment, you’re not going to lose your house with a few missed payments. Well it’s the same thing with the gym. You cannot get to a gym? No problem! There’s a plenty of workouts you could do at home to keep you fit.

I am convinced that we all know the answers to most of our problems, they come with solutions but it’s up to you if would like to take it. Most of us just need that kick in the bum to get started, I want to lead by an example, I want to set standards in the fitness space. The more people I can inspire to get started on their journey to get fit = Very happy me 😜

As we’re approaching the new year, many of you who have been wanting to finally get started on your fitness journey might be apprehensive due to various reasons, it maybe that you have an injury, you’ve never worked out in your life, maybe you don’t know where to start from and you’re overwhelmed. My inbox is open for anyone, the secret is to just get started, put yourself out there.

A healthy body + positive mind = YOUR HAPPIEST SELF
