What a wonderful morning talking with the Babies, bumps and brew crew today at their weekly parents event in Inverurie. We had some amazing discussions about how to get help for aches & pains and also who to ask for help with tongue ties, feeding or crying issues. We even chatted about how best to keep mums happy and healthy post birth.
