We’re excited to be going to the Big Rock Hub for a free drop-in physiotherapy clinic next week!

📅 Wednesday 14th January
⏰ From 6:00pm to late
📍 Big Rock Hub, MK10 0AG

This session is open to all Big Rock climbers and members and is a great opportunity to get expert advice.

Whether you’re dealing with a minor ni**le, coming back from an injury, or simply want tips on staying injury-free and improving your climbing performance, we will be on hand to help.

Both Andy and Tom will be at the centre throughout the evening, offering informal assessments, practical guidance, and personalised advice tailored to the demands of climbing.

There’s no cost and no booking required, just drop in, have a chat, and get the support you need to keep climbing strong.

We’re looking forward to being able to provide this session and supporting our climbing community, see you there! 👋

From all of us, thank you for the incredible support, we truly couldn’t do this without you.

Lucy and I (Tommy) started this small family business post-pandemic with a 4-month-old baby and a whole lot of faith. At the time, we never could have imagined growing into a multi-service health clinic, supporting hundreds of people each week across multiple locations.

We are completely blown away by the love and support our community has shown me and our amazing team. We are beyond grateful.

Supporting the community we serve is at the heart of everything we do, and we can’t wait to keep growing alongside you in the years ahead.
