TLAP is back this January!

A negative start to the year. No really, it didnât go past 0°C when the 7am crew kicked off the 2026 schedule this morning.

What does Caveman mean?
Itâs hard to put into words.
On the back of the jar it says: We get people fitter, stronger, healthier, and happier.
But the reality isâŠitâs so much more than that. Words donât truly describe the impact, and numbers never tell the full story.
Itâs the feeling of being part of something special.

Weâre not another bootcamp. Our coaching philosophy is all about individualised, evidence-based training; a refreshing change from most gyms and fitness operations.
Weâre not obsessed with before-and-after pictures â and we encourage our members not to be either. Instead, we focus on the stuff that really matters: long-term, sustainable, holistic changes to promote a healthier mind, body and lifestyle all round. (A better âafterâ photo is a benefit, but itâs not the goal.)
We train hard but we train intelligently. Weâre not cheerleaders or sergeant majors. Instead of shouting, we educate and encourage. Thatâs how we build relationships and trust. Here, youâre not just getting your heart going â youâre learning physical and emotional resilience, building confidence and genuinely having fun.
With every workout we strip things down to fundamental movements to âundoâ the damage of modern life (yes, weâre looking at you desks and cars). Weâll get you moving, sweating and thinking in completely new ways, and the principles we teach can be for the whole family: mum, dad, kids, grandparents â everyone.
Drawing on the tried-and-tested principles used to train elite athletes, we tailor the intensity and specific movements for every individual. We focus on technique and form over reps and speed (no 100+ burpee sessions here) and can safely adapt exercises for injuries and other limitations.
We also invest in continual professional development so you know youâre getting the most up-to-date advice and guidance from our team. Thatâs what makes this such a unique place to train. Itâs a group of super dedicated, likeminded coaches, incredibly committed members â and plenty of endorphins and high fives.
We have drop-ins but most of our members commit and become part of the community â one thatâs hard to leave. We pride ourselves on building fitness and friendships for life.
