For years, I lived in a world of structure, strategy and spreadsheets. The corporate world demanded my energy, my time, my everything. And I gave it. I built a career, played by the rules and checked all the boxes of “success.”

But my nervous system was always on high alert. My body held tension I didn’t even realise. My mind never stopped. No matter how much I achieved, something always felt just out of reach—like I was chasing a version of fulfilment that was never quite there.

Then, I discovered sound healing.

It wasn’t just relaxing, it was a full-body remembering. The vibrations moved through me, dissolving layers of stress, rewiring my energy and bringing me back to myself. For the first time in years, I felt peaceful, open, free—like I was finally exhaling after holding my breath for way too long.

✨ My nervous system softened.
✨ My mind became clear.
✨ My intuition sharpened.
✨ I started feeling again—not just existing.

For the past two weeks, I gave myself a gift: space.

I traveled to India for a wellness retreat—two weeks to unwind, reset and just be.

When I first started my journey with sound healing, I was juggling a demanding career, long hours and constant stress.

My life was full of external noise—meetings, emails, deadlines—and, frankly, I had become disconnected from myself. I was living in my head, constantly focused on external validation and the pressures of work.

I knew something needed to change, but I wasn’t sure where to start. That’s when I discovered the power of sound healing frequencies.

Sound, specifically the vibrations from crystal singing bowls, helped me reconnect with my heart. 🩷

It cut through the noise of my overactive mind, softening the stress and mental chatter. Each note from the bowl felt like it was creating space within me—a safe, peaceful space where I could finally hear my heart’s voice.
