Take the time whilst on plan to get other little habits into check.
Are you moving enough??
Maybe it’s time to see how many steps you are actually achieving??
Let’s get our steps up to at least 7,000 a day!
Let’s make sure we are drinking enough water. We recommend 2.3ltrs whilst on plan, I go for about 3!! 👍🏻
Let’s get a good nights sleep 7/8 hrs sleep a night is recommended. I’m taking magnesium and hot baths with Epsom salts to help my terrible sleep patterns. Always working on improvement!
Let’s keep our exposure to technology down. It’s not only good to take a break from it all but the adverts bombarding us with fast food are ridiculous. Give yourself a break!
Let’s figure out other ways to deal with our stress. Meditation, yoga, take up boxing. I used to do a boxercise video when I was super fit and punching the air whilst visualising the ex cheating husband’s face really helped (must try that again) 🤔😆
Let’s focus on the quality of our foods as we go up the steps. Portion control and healthy go to choices can make all the difference.
