🚫 Direct-to-consumer food allergy tests - rarely accurate, often misleading.
🚫 Detox cleanses - your body has built-in systems that do a better job, daily.
🚫 “Coffee is bad for you” - context matters. For many, it’s a source of polyphenols and joy.
🚫 Good bugs vs. bad bugs - your gut is a garden, not a war zone.
🚫 Probiotics for everyone - not always helpful, sometimes harmful.
🚫 All-in-one supplements - poor bioavailability, no personalisation, big marketing.
