I want to share my Kundalini coach experience:
Over many sessions, I’ve noticed a common pattern: some people don’t move much during their first session — and that’s completely normal.
In fact, it happens more often than people think, especially with those who are new to this kind of work or who have little experience connecting with their body and energy. For many, the first step is simply learning how to let go. Letting go of the busy mind and relaxing into the body takes time. It’s a process of trust and familiarity, and for some people it only truly begins in the second or third session.
As the body starts to feel safer, tension can release more easily and the energy can begin to move more freely. Gentle support can help with this — simple movements like placing the feet on the floor with bent knees and slowly rocking them side to side, or allowing small movements in the hips. Breathing together is also very powerful. Deep belly breathing strengthens the mind–body connection and helps people stay present with what they are feeling.
It’s also important to remember that not all experiences show up as physical movement. For some, the mental or subtle energy is stronger than the physical expression. They may appear still on the outside, yet inside they can be having deep experiences — emotional releases, insights, or profound states of awareness.
The work does not stop when the session ends. Very often, the energy continues to move and integrate afterward — sometimes for days, sometimes longer. This is something I always reassure people about: transformation often unfolds in its own rhythm, beyond what we can immediately see.
The most important part is trusting the process. Trusting that something meaningful is happening, even when it looks quiet. And allowing ourselves to stay in non-attachment, knowing that each session unfolds exactly as it needs to.
