Hello! My name is Gwen… I am a Singer, Songwriter, Vocal Coach, and Facilitator based in Milton Keynes. But, most of the time, I am mummy to a baby girl and her toddler big brother! I am deeply passionate about the power of music to improve maternal mental health and boost our mood. Having studied vocal performance as part of my music degree, I have since gone on to perform widely in a variety of spheres. Under the artist name Gwen and the Good Thing, I have performed on the BBC Introducing stage at Glastonbury, had my music played on BBC Radio One, and have sung live on BBC Three Counties Radio. Having worked for many years with young and vulnerable people, both as a vocal coach and as an SEN TA, I have undergone extensive Safeguarding training, and I am fully subscribed to the DBS Update Service with an Enhanced Certificate. I am also a member of the MK Music Co-operative.
