Our chefs have done it again! Our lovely residents had a lesson on how to make bread this morning, which really baked their day better, I didnt see anyone taking notes but I'm sure they learnt something.
It was twisted with Blood Orange Marmalade, after all, life's too short to be stale.
I'm truly on a roll with these bread puns... I definitely knead a vacation from all these puns.
Anyway, St Bernards have had a wonderful day with great treats and great company!

A wonderful afternoon with Rebekka playing her Viola for us! We all were tapping our feet and singing along. Family members came and joined their loved ones as well and made a lovely memory. 😍
Once our concert was over we all enjoyed a cup of tea and a slice of cake as usual at 3pm! ☕️🧁
It's always a pleasure to hear that St Bernards is somebodies favourite home to visit and perform, always helpful when we offer them drinks and cake 😉🥰

Even though he wouldn't accept Mary's offer of biscuits for payment, we still love him!

What a day! You can never be too old to celebrate your special day, that's what our Joyce learnt today. Throughout the day all Joyce could say was "I'll remember this birthday forever!" Her new friends and loved ones filled the main lounge today for tea and cake, which was as usual made by our amazing chefs. 🎂
Joyce got to play with the nursery children from Oltan Nursery which has quickly become her favourite activity! Later we all came together to sing her Happy Birthday!

Birthdays are always something to celebrate no matter what age you turn, when in doubt just say you're 21!

It's never too early to spread the love! This afternoon we started making our Valentines cards! We all agreed you don't need to have a partner to still feel the love. St Bernards is always full of love!
