Supporting people in their own homes | shifts: 19:00 - 23:00 | contracts from 12hours per week

Are you a compassionate, reliable individual who wants to make a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for Evening Home Care Support Workers to join our dedicated team, supporting clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

What you’ll be doing:
Providing warm, respectful personal care
Administering or assisting with medication
Supporting clients with their bedtime routine
Building trusted relationships and offering companionship
Optional: supporting with light tea-time visits from 3:00pm

What we are looking for:
Kind, patient, and a genuine desire to help others
Good communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience is welcome but not essential - full training is provided

It’s Hyperemesesis Gravidarum awareness day. This is when extreme, persistent nausea and vomiting occurs during pregnancy.
At Solihull Care we have supported our staff through pregnancies and have had a member of staff who suffered from HG, she went on to have a beautiful baby boy.
