👀ESSENTIALLY WERE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum 3 years’ care experience (required)
At least 1 year Live-In Care experience (required)
Full UK Driving Licence & access to a car (desirable)
DBS on the Update Service (required/ happy to get one)
A empathetic, calm, patient, and warm nature
A genuine passion for helping others
Any Care certificates (desirable)
Certification in First Aid (highly advantageous)
Strong communication and writing skills to accurately record and note take
Familiarity with care plans, behavior management techniques, and case management processes (desirable)
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
