She enjoys spending time watching television, looking at her garden and a lovely conversation with people.

The client is living with Alzheimer's and vascular dementia however she can still communicate her needs and wishes.

Hi all,
We have a placement to start from 31st August for a lovely Lady in London.
This placement will be from 6pm Sunday- 6pm Thursday every week! So it is not the full week of care like normal live-in placements, you will have your weekends back!
The client in this package has had a vast variation of medical history including dementia, schizophrenia, asthma and respiratory failure. More information about the client can be found on the care plan, this will be sent out if we think you are a suitable candidate for this position.

Good morning,
We have a brand new package to start on Wednesday 6th August. This is for a lovely lady in Maidstone, Kent.
This is a placement for a FEMALE CARER who is sociable, NON-SMOKER, chatty, firm but also gentle.
Overview:
She has Alzheimer's and Mixed Dementia however she can still communicate her needs and wishes. She is also able to make non-complex decision s by herself. The client is also able to walk however she does have a wheeled walker if need be. She is very independent with personal care however she will need prompting.
THERE IS A KITTEN IN THE PROPERTY.

Hi All,
We have a placement to start soon for a lovely lady in Gosport. She has recently been diagnosed with dementia in 2022 and a had a fall in 2023 which lead to her having a hip replacement. The client was also diagnosed with Aphazia in 2019. She has no dietary requirements.
The client can communicate her needs and wishes as long as they are not complex and she is able to mobilise without assistance. She does have a walking stick that she may use to help herself get up.
The carer is to use distraction techniques with the client due to her sometimes trying to leave the property and take herself out. The client has asked for the carer to use distraction techniques to stop this form happening.
She has planned activities during the week which the carer is expected to take her to. The carer will also need to take her out to keep her occupied.

The carer to be responsible for light domestic duties and keep property clean and tidy.
Responsibilities:
*Assist client with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
*Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
*Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
*Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
*Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort at all times.
