Barbara from caring hands midwife will be offering bespoke complementary treatments on Monday 15th September initially.

Barbara has been a midwife, health visitor and therapist for a number of years and specialises in supporting women throughout their fertility journey, pregnancy journey and postnatal period!

From reflexology, acupressure, moxibustion, aromatherapy pregnancy massage to CS scar therapy and mind hypnosis, there is something for everyone!

Ready for a calm & confident birth?

Our classes are designed to equip you with information and knowledge so you can make your informed choices and plan the birth you prefer

You will learn to understand physiological birth therefore removing fear, how hormones and muscles required for an effective uninterrupted labour and techniques to help you relax and experience a more comfortable birth

You will be presented with numerous scenarios that can happen during pregnancy and birth so you can feel prepared and ready to decide what’s right for you

Class spaces are limited therefore best to book early to secure your place

New opening will be September as our summer classes are fully booked 🌿

We are now looking for a reflexologist / complementary therapist to join Clarity!

Candidate must have a holistic approach to treatment, and confident in maternal and fertility reflexology / treatments.

Position includes use of our clinic room, reflexology creams and essential oils, electric & bills covered and clientele growth as we will advertise your availability on our booking system and online platforms.
