Introducing our collaborative birth prep workshop with the wonderful Caring Hands Midwife

Our unique programme is designed with you in mind for numerous reasons:

1. Timely 4 hour workshop covering the most important elements of labour & birth to educate you on the physiology of birth and stages of labour

2. Supporting you through informed decision making processes and gifting you a birth preference template to complete in your own time

3. Informing you broadly around induction of labour - timing, indication and the processes with knowledge on what to expect or choose

4. Educating you around the pain gate control theory and use of strategies including the mighty labour comb! *includes free gift!!

5. Enabling you to explore aromatherapy in pregnancy labour birth and beyond, including safe practice

6. Giving you time & space to make your own take home relaxation blend of essential oils to enjoy after our workshop

7. Demonstrating application through hand massage of your chosen oil blends

8. A taster of aromatherapy anchoring hypnosis as you practice relaxation on the day (bring a comfy pillow!)

9. A wonderful gift for you: an aromatherapy essential oils blend in a bottle AND free birthing comb to pack into your birthing bag so you are fully equipped after this workshop to implement into practice

Our class is a complete antenatal programme designed to prepare parents emotionally, physically and practically for your baby’s birth.

This class will run over 4 weeks at approx 3 hours each. We will focus on:

🤰 hormones & muscles of birth
🌱 how fear and tension affects labour
🤰 hypnobirthing techniques including breath work, self hypnosis, audios and visuals
🌱 building your confidence
🤰 understand your birth options and choices

🤰 induction of labour and its process
🌱 prepare your birthing partner
🤰 resources provided in class

Congratulations to our lovely clients on the birth of their beautiful daughter, Heidi. She is gorgeous 😍

Lauren attended for one of our 4D scans to which we enhanced to 8k- swipe 👉🏻 to see her very clear scan image 😮🤩

Huge congratulations again, the best part of the job is seeing them on earth side and hearing from our parents about their birthing experiences

Pregnancy scans are available with Mairead from 9am-1pm (not all slots free) and what a prefect way to spend the morning checking in and seeing your baby 👶

And as it’s Mother’s Day, as always we celebrate with you! There might even be a little treat for mum herself 🤔

From early reassurance from 6+weeks to finding out baby’s gender or watching them on 4D, we’ve got plenty of options for you
