Please take a look at the charity endurance challenge organised below. A number of riders are taking part in this event. I plan to do a part of this and some more able cyclists are going to attempt to complete the full distance whilst climbing two mountains!

We would welcome any donations (big or small) and if anyone is able to help in anyway e.g. providing refreshments like drinks, some food for the riders for the duration please get in touch! Thanks in advance.

Relaxation techniques before bed have been shown to improve sleep quality and are another common technique used to treat insomnia.

In one study, a relaxing massage improved sleep quality in people who were ill.

Strategies include listening to relaxing music, reading a book, taking a hot bath, meditating, deep breathing, and visualization.
