Back-to-school means new routines for the kids… but what about you?
This time of year can feel busy. But it also creates a rhythm for you and the kids.
Think of it like packing your own ‘lunchbox’ only yours is filled with movement, meals that fuel you, and maybe even a little bit of quiet time.
Rather than fighting the schedule, let it work for you:

✔️ Use homework time as your meal prep window.
✔️ Treat bedtime like it’s still a school night. Lights out, no excuses.
