A lot of people think good form only matters when you’re doing an actual exercise.
But the way you move in the gym is the way your body wants to move everywhere else too🤸🏻♀️
If you learn to hinge well with a kettlebell, you’ll hinge well when you pick something up off the floor.
If you brace your core when you squat, you’ll naturally brace when you carry something heavy at home.
Your body doesn’t separate “gym movements” from “real-life movements.”
It just repeats the habits you’ve practised the most🔁
So when we encourage you to slow down, set up correctly, and move with intent, it’s not about us being picky.. it’s about helping you move better in your day to day life.
Good form isn’t just for one exercise,
It’s for everything you lift, carry, and do outside the gym too🤝🏻
