I know these curtains - I am standing at the front door of my late sister Barbara’s house. 🏠

She died when I was 27 years old so I know that I am younger than that.

When I was younger (and it’s not necessarily confined to history) I was chronically second-guessing myself. Sometimes I still do! At that time in my life I was always comparing myself to girls who had more, were thinner, more fabulous, in relationships etc…. And often, in my own head, I didn’t measure up. My trainers hsd 2 stripes, not three! My jeans were not Wrangler or Levi.

And yet I look at this girl and I wish that I could tell her that she is enough - beautiful - worthy - perfect just the way she is!

Hindsight sure is a gift! 💕🥰

It's a self- belief that fosters a positive outlook, enabling you to face challenges and pursue goals with assurance.

Confidence is not boastful or arrogant! Rather, it is a quiet inner strength.

Confidence requires a realistic assessment of your capabilities. No one is brilliant at absolutely everything!!! Knowing the extent of your strengths & areas for improvement can support a secure sense of self.

You might be confident in some areas (e.g., public speaking) and less confident in others (e.g., maths)

Confidence is not necessarily a fixed trait.

Attending Relax Kids sessions will help your child foster a sense of self & confidence. 💜🥰
