I had to push to find the motivation.... It was tough and messy but it's done. I know as a mum I'm finding it difficult to fit the work outs in during the holidays but hard work makes the dream work.....

40 mins stepper
10 mins treadmill
60 abdominal crunches
30 RDLs 15 kg dumbbells
30 bicep curls
30 tricep dips
30 around the worlds
30 shoulder press

10 mins core
