🎉 WOW – What a Night! 🎉

We are absolutely overwhelmed by the incredible turnout at the 80s Night in memory of Paul Corrigan in The Cat & Fiddle! 💃🕺

A huge thank you to The Cat & Fiddle for hosting us and to Enda for keeping the dance floor buzzing all night with the tunes! 🎶

An enormous thank you as well to everyone who donated prizes for the raffle, and to everyone who bought tickets, donated, danced, and joined in the fun – you all made it such a special evening. 💛

We truly did Paul proud last night — thanks to everyone’s amazing generosity, we raised an unbelievable £6,127.20 in support of the Air Ambulance 🚁❤️

Men's Healthy Minds have Organised a Christmas Food Collection for Children in Kinship care and families who are facing challenging and difficult times this Christmas.
The final collection date is Wednesday 20th December 12pm.
All donations will be delivered to Kindness of Strangers - Omagh who will make up food parcels for these families.
Items we can take are:
⭐Tinned Foods
⭐Packet Foods
⭐Bottled juices
⭐Tubs of sweets/chocolates
⭐Crisps
Anything that is NOT frozen or perishable and we ask all items have a minimum of 2 months used by date 🌻

Here's one for all you new mums that think they can't get out of the house and go to the gym , natasha has been training with me for a long time now and trained the whole way through pregnancy , now just a few weeks after giving birth to the beautiful Flourie she's back training with flourie by he side cheering her on ,
So if ur a new mum or dad looking to get back into fitness and want to bring baby along get intouch !
