Fantastic webinars coming up for anyone supporting children with autism in returning to school!

Middletown Centre for Autism is pleased to Announce the Return of Wednesday Webinars🎉

In preparation for the new School Year, we will be offering a four Individual Online Parent and Professional Sessions.

✔Wednesday 06 August: Supporting Autistic Children as They Return to or Begin Post Primary School

✔Wednesday 13 August: Supporting Autistic Children as They Return to or Begin Primary School

✔Wednesday 20 August: Autism and Emotional Regulation

✔Wednesday 27 August: Empowering Independence: Life Skills for Autistic Children and Young People

Each session will be available from 7.00pm to 8.00pm on each evening.

All sessions will be recorded and will be available to those who have registered.

Behind the scenes!!! The aftermath!! 🙈

The aftermath of packing up and bringing all home again from the church hall! Thank goodness hubby has a van so could bring all home in one load!!
Now to sort it all out and put away somewhere!!! But that’s a tomorrow problem!! Today is a chilled morning to recover followed by taking kids up to Craigavon to the in laws for the weekend!
Tomorrow will be the sorting all out and finding their homes and go in and give the hall floors a proper good brush and mop now all is out of the way!

So remember any clubs your kids are at, it’s not just what you see on the day!
It’s the planning, the ideas, brain waves, the preparation, the designing, the printing, the gathering of resources, transporting all, setting up, running the sessions, the tidy up, packing up, cleaning up!!

But sure we wouldn’t do it if we didn’t enjoy it and know how much it benefits the children that attend!

That’s Summer Club is complete for this year! We had lots of fun and it was great to see so many join us this year over the 2 weeks.
